Purchase your own historical print from the HSL collection

VanCalcar_DeHumaniCorporis.pngAs part of a collaborative effort with Wilson Library, two prints from HSL’s collection are now available for sale online through 1000 Musuems. The prints join a set of more than fifty from texts owned by the University Libraries. Proceeds from the sales benefit the libraries.

“1000 Museums makes it easy for customers to buy prints from our collections,” said Dawne Lucas, special collections librarian in the HSL. “You can order them in a variety of sizes and with or without a frame.”

Other notable prints now available for purchase include historical University photos; several from “The Natural History of North Carolina, Florida and the Bahama Islands” by Mark Catesby; and classic black and white photos by Hugh Morton and Bayard Wooten.
