Meeting Room

Due to the changes in the University’s operations in light of COVID-19, the University Libraries is closing all of its meeting rooms and reservable spaces through the end of the Spring 2020 semester. Reservations are not available at this time.


Our meeting room offers wireless access and videoconferencing which has the ability to link to up to three (3) remote sites simultaneously. At the discretion of the library, room 328 may also be used as a classroom.

Room 328 is a corner room with a maximum seating capacity of 12 and includes multimedia display/playback capabilities. Room 328 is primarily a conference room, but may occasionally be used as a classroom. Those using the room for videoconferencing have priority over other reservations.

Food Allowed in Room:

Box lunches and light (snack) refreshments are allowed in room 328 and in an area outside rooms 307 and 329.  These spaces are not equipped for catered events.   If you have questions, please contact Stefanie Nutting at (919) 962-0800 or

Video Conferencing Technology:

The video conferencing technology allows link for up to 3 sites simultaneously. Orientation is required to use the video conferencing equipment. Contact ITS classroom support for an orientation.
