Reserve a Room

Due to the changes in the University’s operations in light of COVID-19, the University Libraries is closing all of its meeting rooms and reservable spaces through the end of the Spring 2020 semester. Reservations are not available at this time.


Group Study Rooms:

The Health Sciences Library has 20 group study rooms. These rooms are first come, first served – with a few exceptions: Groups/AV users have priority and may ask individuals to move. Seven study rooms can be reserved. The study rooms seat 4-10 people.

All study rooms have Ethernet or Wi-Fi connections and dry erase boards. All rooms have plasma screens for laptop display.

Computer Labs & Meeting Room:

The Health Sciences Library offers two computer labs containing computer stations for as many as 30 class participants. At the discretion of the library, meeting room 328 may also be used as a classroom. Spring/Summer reservation requests will be accepted beginning November 1st. Fall reservation requests will be accepted beginning June 3rd.

Collaboration Center (Research Hub, Rm 227)

The Research Hub Collaboration Center is a versatile, enclosed meeting room on the second floor of the HSL that is available for research teams and faculty to meet, use large screen display, present to in-room and online groups and conduct group video or web conferencing sessions in support of their research projects.
