Beat Exam Stress at University Libraries during Week of Balance

By Terri Ottosen April 27, 2018

Cuddle with a therapy dog, cat or miniature horse. Attend a yoga or mindfulness workshop. Escape with some virtual reality. Or scream it all out in front of Davis Library.

Exam time is rough, but Carolina’s libraries are here for you with the Week of Balance. It’s a week of stress-busting events and activities that will help you turn your stress into success. All events are free, thanks in part to our co-sponsors and collaborators: William Frey (School of Medicine), ILSSA, Joanne Marshall (School of Information and Library Science), Stampede of Love, Student Library Advisory Board, and Undergraduate Art Association.

If all you need is a place to study, you’ll find extra hours at most campus libraries.
