Two new exhibits are now on display in the Health Sciences Library, featuring local artists, Chris Adamczyk and Matt Zigler.

Chris’s exhibit, Living Long Lives, is a “personal photography project”  that “explores the vitality and engagement in living a long life.  The people profiled in the project have long lives ranging from 80 to 101 years old.”  Her work is on display on the first and fifth floors.

Matt’s exhibit, Natura Technica, is a study of creatures facing extinction.  His works consist of hand-transferred digital prints of individual animals, birds, reptiles and other life forms currently on the endangered species list, integrating images of them with data and maps of their habitats.  His work is on display on the staircase leading to the second floor and continues into the Research Hub event and study space on the second floor.
